Yield Business Solutions, Inc. is a Small Business Consulting firm providing Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and Internet Marketing services to existing businesses with a going concern.

We also provide Business Development services for a new or existing business or retaining the wealth of a business in need of a turn around.

With offices in the Midwest, YBS works with businesses in the greater Chicago area to assist in Business Development or Turnaround Management scenarios. Our target clients are companies from startup to 200 employees with up to $50 million in sales.

Strategic Approach to Small Business Consulting

Our approach to small business consulting, for both going concerns and developmental clients, incorporates a layered technique. YBS consults small business entrepreneurs, owners and their senior management staff to step back and take a new or strategic view of their business.

Based upon the client’s current business position and objectives YBS will facilitate one of two types of sessions. Strategic Growth Planning Sessions are for companies interested in growing or developing a new or existing business.

Strategic Turnaround Management Sessions are for businesses in need of a re-organization of company resources.

Both of theses strategic approaches involve Stakeholders and Senior Managers participation. Based upon the strategy session, YBS then recommends tactical actions to implement in an effort to achieve defined strategic objectives.
